Complete finance solutions

The team structures flexible debt packages using a mix of senior and mezzanine debt, to assist the acquisition of new businesses, growth requirements or refinancing of existing debt. In addition, we are able to arrange all traditional transactional services that are required for the day-to-day operations of the business. We can arrange bridge financing and pre-fund underwritten debt facilities to facilitate urgent requirements and meet tight time frames in bidding situations.

Expanding markets: New Zealand & Hong Kong

BOS International has an established presence in the New Zealand Market through arranging and underwriting acquisition facilities (e.g. the Metro Glass and Pacific Retail transactions) and we also arrange funding for several other New Zealand companies. Our Auckland office focuses on both the corporate and property markets.

BOS International commenced in Hong Kong in January 2007 and is focussed on participating in larger syndicated transactions in the LBO, acquisition and structured corporate finance sectors to support our clients. In addition, our Hong Kong office also focuses on the structured property sectors.
